The Miss Teen Kalayaan 1521 Cultural Ambassador Campaign is a leadership and fundraising experience designed to empower Filipino American youth to represent their culture, develop confidence, and make a meaningful impact in the community.
Titles & Representation
Miss Teen Kalayaan 1521 Council (Highest Fundraiser)
Will represent the Philippines at the Festival of Nations at The Egg Performing Arts Center, Albany.
Additional Cultural Ambassador Titles:
• Miss Teen Kultura — Cultural Preservation & Arts Activation
• Miss Teen Kapayapaan — Peace and Community Harmony
• Miss Teen Kalikasan — Environmental Awareness & Sustainability
• Miss Teen Katarungan — Justice & Civic Engagement
Minimum Fundraising Requirement: $500
What You’ll Gain
Participation provides a recognized leadership and community engagement experience, including:
• Public speaking and presentation opportunities
• Fundraising and project leadership experience
• Cultural representation in public events
• Civic engagement and community involvement
This experience may be included in college applications, résumés, and scholarship portfolios.
